  Carol Gradziel is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach that works with people on a one-on-one basis to improve their wellness through better nutrition, physical activity and overall lifestyle adjustments. Together we work on developing a positive mindset around making dietary and lifestyle changes, empowering and motivating you to set and maintain your own goals and eventually become your own health and lifestyle expert! Our practice includes the concept of bio-individuality, the idea that everyone is unique and deserves their own set of practices that work best for them. The goal of the practice is to develop a unique wellness routine for each client leading to better health and a more energetic lifestyle!

We are all about good health and energy!

We set goals for each individual based on needs and lifestyle and establish habits that are unique to them. We will discuss dietary guidelines, but each set of guidelines is unique to the individual and designed to be incorporated by that individual for a lifetime! Your coach is an accountability coach, holding you responsible for adhering to the goals that you set during our sessions. These goals are not just food related, but we will also consider other aspects of your lifestyle that impact your health (everything!), especially physical activity, causes of stress, relationships, finances, career and family.

The Circle of Life

  • We will begin your sessions with an assessment tool called “The Circle of Life” and use that exercise to set goals during the first session.
  • Follow up sessions will be used to develop specific steps and habits for you to reach your goals and as a check-in on the progress you’ve made toward attaining your goals.
  • We will focus on preventative health and long-term sustainable solutions for your wellness: Your Wellness Routine!
  • Specifically, we can develop and maintain habits to discover a healthier diet and reach an ideal weight for you, begin or maintain a routine of physical activity that works for you, create more balance in your life, boost your energy, improve your daily mood, improve relationships, make more time for self-care, prioritize emotional and mental well-being, and reduce and manage stress levels.
